Cancellation Policy

Your card will ONLY be charged if you no-show, cancel within same day of your appointment, or if you become 10 minutes late and your appointment is canceled! No shows will be charged 100% of the service price and banned from booking. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the same day will be charged 30% of the service price. Late appointments past 10 minutes will be cancelled and charged 50% of the service price.
